1. Undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Programmes
For admission to undergraduate degree programmes such as BS, BBA, LLB, etc.:
· Applicants must have completed 12 years of education (Intermediate / FA / F.Sc / ICS / A-Levels or equivalent). · A minimum academic score (commonly 45–60% depending on the programme and faculty) is typically required. · Some programmes (especially in language, arts or social sciences) may accept lower minimum requirements than science or engineering degrees.* · Applicants may be required to appear in a university entry test or interview as part of merit determination. · For programmes with professional or specialized requirements (e.g., Law), relevant admission tests like LAT (Law Admission Test) may be compulsory. · Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalence certificate from IBCC/HEC. (Commonsense expectation based on usual Pakistan university policy.) · BS programmes often ask for ≥50% in Intermediate or equivalent. · LLB (5-year) generally requires Intermediate pass and LAT qualification. Language proficiency: Universities usually require adequate English language skills for programmes taught in English. (Standard academic practice.)
